Account Deletion

You can delete your Folda account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how deletion works and what data is removed.
Delete from within the app (recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app:
- Open the Folda app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap “Delete Account”.
- Confirm the warning. Your account and data are permanently deleted.
Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, send an email titled “Account Deletion” to destek@dozya.app from the phone number associated with your account so we can verify you. Once verified, we will delete your account for you.
Data that is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account and profile (phone number, name, photo, email).
- Files you uploaded and folders you created.
- Your messages inside folders.
- Your contact-matching data and contact links.
- Your credit and earnings balances and premium/corporate account record.
Data that may be retained
Limited records we are legally or financially required to keep (for example invoice/payment records) may be retained for the period required by law. These are deleted or anonymized at the end of that period.
How long it takes
Deletion from within the app starts immediately; full removal of all your data from our systems is completed within 30 days at the latest.
